1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Divine Blessing Café and NDA Jewelry in Jalan Raya Silakarang Singapadu/Ubud Bali.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory value added tax (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs. These are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Product information & care instructions

Our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, some of which is 18-karat gold-plated.

Please note

Silver jewelry may tarnish over time – this is a natural process and a sign of quality. It can be cleaned with suitable silver cleaning agents and then polished with a soft cloth, ideally a silver cleaning cloth.

Silver jewelry that is not worn should ideally be stored in a dark, dry place, such as in a box or wrapped in a tissue.

9. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
